iO Associates is currently partnered with a leading aerospace client seeking a Senior Stress Engineer to provide technical expertise and leadership in the stress analysis, and development of aerostructures for a major aviation program.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the structural integrity and performance of a completely new innovative aircraft from scratch.As part of a dynamic and innovative team, you'll be responsible for aerostructures design, stress analysis, materials selection, and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with stringent aerospace standards.Requirements7+ years of experience in aerospace engineering with a focus on aerostructures stress analysis.Strong proficiency in FEA software and CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, NX).Intermediate skills (B1 level or above) in FrenchExpertise in structural analysis, aerospace materials, and manufacturing processes.Experience with aircraft certification processes and regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA).Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of aerostructures components and assemblies, optimizing for performance, weight, and manufacturability.Perform structural analysis and calculations using FEA and hand methods to validate strength, stiffness, and fatigue life.Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Support integration and testing of aerostructures components, including static, dynamic, and fatigue tests.Ensure compliance with aerospace regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and support program milestones.If you meet the requirements and are passionate about shaping the future of aviation, apply now The hiring manager is arranging interviews immediately, so don\'t miss this opportunity to join a world-class team and make an impact on a major aviation program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
