Mission
Team Management :

Manage autonomous and agile teams (25 people: internal and external)

Ensure continuity of service and continuous improvement of products

Manage resources, capacities, budget and planning while respecting the IT processes in place.

Manage the roadmap in collaboration with the business teams and the CDO (Chief Data Officer)

Manage the delivery and ensure commitment towards IT and Business teams

Manage level 3 support and collaborate with the production services department to ensure business support and satisfaction. Be proactive in improving service and participate actively in resolving incidents.

Avoid technical debt and propose remediation plans consistent with the business roadmap

Clearly report on the activity of the team and produce KPIs to measure continuous improvement.

IT Relation Management

Work in collaboration with teams and/or domains managers: coordination of development, testing campaigns and global IT roadmap synchronization.

Work closely with production services and architecture teams.

Participate in IT transformation in coordination with the Agile Competence Center.

As Head of IT domain, the main responsibilities are :

- She/He verifies that projects are executed in the most optimized way.

- She/He continuously improves processes, deliverables and relationships to provide quality service and proximity to businesses.

- She/He monitors the IT KPIs dashboard and works on the continuous improvement of these KPIs.

- She/He motivates his managers and teams, he gives them the trajectory and ensures that the teamwork in optimal conditions.

- She/He encourages team membership and involvement.

- She/He gives meaning to everyone's work and a common goal to the team.

Profile Experience:

Team Management
Minimum of 10 years 'experience in data projects
Experience in implementation of modern BI, Central DataLake/Data Platform and Referential projects
Experience in delivery using agile methodology specially Scrum Master
Experience in managing a team of 10 members or more: internal and external
Good functional knowledge of Asset Management/Financial field
Good knowledge of Data Quality and Data Governance topics
Good knowledge of concepts and uses of Data Cataloging and Data Lineage
Good Knowledge of Azure cloud platform (DataLake, Analysis Services, Synapse, Fabric, Data Factory...)

Skills
Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in management of teams and/or managers
Experience in managing agile teams and delivery
Good knowledge of IS organization and functioning, Software Architecture principles and infrastructure
Ability to manage managers and teams.
Ability to motivate and give a taste for challenge to managers and teams
Leadership, training capacity of teams and business.
Responsiveness, commitment to projects, ability to accelerate projects delivery.
Curiosity, taste for innovation.
Ability to work with business.
Rigor and precision but also efficiency in the service of the business.
