CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at CRIT, a leading company in HR and recruitment, with over 450 agencies in France.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical plans, shaping parts according to client specifications, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Main Responsibilities:

• Interpret Technical Plans: Read and understand technical drawings and specifications to determine the required parts and materials.
• Shape Parts: Use CNC machines to shape and fabricate parts according to client specifications.
• Choose Programming: Select the appropriate programming for fabrication, taking into account the material, tooling, and machine settings.
• Adjust Machine Settings: Adjust machine settings and tools to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Validate and Inspect: Validate the first piece and inspect for quality, reporting any anomalies to superiors.
• Take Guidance: Take guidance from the team leader and assist colleagues when needed.

Requirements:

• Basic Math Skills: Possess basic math skills to perform calculations and measurements.
• Understanding of Programming: Have a basic understanding of programming concepts and languages.
• Reading and Counting Abilities: Possess strong reading and counting abilities to interpret technical plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of Measurements Units: Have knowledge of measurements units and be able to convert between different units.
