As a Solution Architect - Manufacturing & Production within our Nordics services organization, you will be responsible for designing and architecting technical solutions for clients based on customer analysis of current ways of working.
Key Responsibilities- Create a transformation path towards an integrated global solution, enabling customers to achieve business objectives leveraging 3DS know-how and technologies powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Cover the entire business process with expected business value, ensuring the final workability and relevancy of the solution specifically for manufacturing.
- Develop a solution that meets functional specifications, scheduled delivery times, and proposed budgets.
- Work on areas related to Manufacturing Bill of Materials, Manufacturing Process, BIW, Robotics, and Automation to handle different business scenarios.
- Contribute to capturing customer business processes.
- Challenge customer business processes in terms of value creation and business transformation.
- Assess customer opportunities in terms of feasibility, value, and risks.
- Deliver and support business and application consultants in developing functional specifications to be implemented.
- Ensure collaboration between 3DS organizations around a common view of the solution architecture for project success and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively deliver solutions through product implementation.
- Ensure out-of-the-box solution implementation as much as possible and reduce unnecessary customizations.
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' experience in a Solution Architect role.
- An analytical and architectural mindset in combination with an understanding of business processes and value. The ability to present, stand-up for, and negotiate solutions to stakeholders in the customer organization.
- Experience with large-scale software implementation.
- Knowledge and experience of Dassault Systèmes software, such as DELMIA Digital Manufacturing, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA, or V5, is a plus.
- Knowledge of Robotics and Automation using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform would be beneficial.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and working in sprints.
- Mentor and guide junior developers for solution implementation/development.
