Key Responsibilities:

Research Activities:

1. Design and execute scientific projects to develop new products and solutions.
2. Conceive and propose research studies to meet project needs.
3. Develop and launch experimental studies using modern tools and approaches.
4. Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
5. Identify opportunities to develop intellectual property and protect inventions.

Scientific Support:

1. Develop and maintain scientific excellence in your field.
2. Interact with suppliers to source high-quality materials.
3. Supervise and mentor lab members to ensure knowledge sharing.
4. Contribute to the development of research methods and technical planning.
5. Stay up-to-date with scientific advancements in your field.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in a relevant field.
2. 5+ years of experience in the industry.
3. Expertise in areas such as design, synthesis, and characterization of biomolecules.
4. Experience in chemical modification and processing.
5. Physical chemistry of liquid interfaces and emulsions.
6. First experience in R&D project management.
7. Understanding of regulatory challenges in the field.
8. Curiosity and openness to exploring new methodologies.
9. Proven track record of new product development.
10. Experience in project management tools is preferred.
11. International experience is advantageous.
12. Ability to learn quickly.
13. Strong drive for business support.
14. Verbal and written command of English and French.
