Position Overview:
We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator with a specialization in ERP systems to join our client, a leader in the distribution and design of fabrics for various sectors including automotive, leather goods, and healthcare. In this role, you will report directly to the CFO and IT department, focusing on user support and ERP expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the post-implementation phase of the ERP system and assist in the enhancement of internal IT services.
- Support the organization of the Production Master Plan (PDP) project within the QAD ERP framework, including tool creation and issue resolution.
- Help manage exception messages and inventory discrepancies in collaboration with key users, and aid in establishing operational routines.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the IT service.
- Ensure the reliability, consistency, and completeness of internal data, aligning it with the company's strategic goals.
- Validate the coherence of data flows across systems.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, with relevant experience in the industry being essential. Familiarity with APICS fundamentals is advantageous. Proficiency in areas such as PIC, PDP, scheduling, launching, BOMs, and routings is required. Strong knowledge of ERP systems is mandatory, with MES experience being a plus. Skills in Excel and VBA are also beneficial. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
