Job Overview:
- Oversee and coordinate the technical elements of fluid systems projects, with opportunities for expanded responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with architects to develop technical designs for projects.
- Manage project contracts to ensure adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Supervise technicians and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage in both internal and external meetings to track project progress and facilitate coordination.
- Direct project planning, execution, and construction phases.
- Lead meetings on construction sites to ensure alignment and progress.
- Review documentation generated by technicians and subcontractors for accuracy and compliance.
- Establish project organization based on thorough contract analysis.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Handle project financials, including invoicing and contract modifications.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or a Master's qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of technical regulations and building systems, especially in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing domains.
- Proven project management capabilities and expertise in technical assessments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project or equivalent planning software.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 40 kEUR to 54 kEUR, based on experience.
