Job Overview
As an Investor Relations Officer within the Private Assets division, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining robust and trustworthy relationships with both prospective and current investors. Your role will involve supporting fundraising initiatives for our private asset offerings and overseeing communication with investors.
In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with both the investment and distribution teams.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Crafting the marketing and fundraising strategy in partnership with the investment and sales teams: Identify target clients and markets, establish closing timelines, etc.;
- Coordinating and organizing fundraising activities with internal and external partners: Facilitate meetings with sales teams, arrange Roadshows pertinent to sales, and lead Q&A sessions in collaboration with relevant teams (RFP, front office, legal), etc.;
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential investors: Develop an in-depth understanding of client needs, and coordinate responses to various inquiries from clients/prospects in relation to different internal and external stakeholders;
- Managing communication and information access for investors, including updates on fundraising progress, calendars, and product positioning;
- Conducting regular activity monitoring via the CRM, generating periodic collection reports, and contributing to the enhancement of the team's processes and tools.
In your role as an Investor Relations Officer, you will be pivotal in driving fundraising efforts for our Private Assets offerings. You will engage with all stakeholders in a collaborative manner.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development roles (Investor Relations, Investment Specialist, etc.) within an international asset management firm.
You are knowledgeable about:
• Private asset products (Infrastructure, Private Equity, and Natural Capital strategies).
You have exceptional interpersonal skills, strong listening abilities, and are:
• Recognized for your capacity to analyze investor needs and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to address them;
• Capable of communicating clearly and presenting complex information in an understandable manner.
• Results-driven and adept at setting clear objectives and tracking progress.
You are fluent in English at a C2 level.
