As a recent graduate from an engineering or business school with fluent English, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects within our dynamic environment.
Your Role:
- Provide Level 1 support for Business Intelligence tools and applications.
- Analyze and prioritize incoming technical requests from users.
- Track issue resolutions and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Develop, track, and test enhancement requests to improve existing functionalities.
- Conduct user training sessions on Business Intelligence tools and best practices.
- Maintain and update documentation following each new production release.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Power BI reports.
- Assist in creating functional specifications for new features and integrations.
- Prepare materials for project meetings and contribute to discussions.
