We're seeking a highly skilled Demand Specialist to join our team at TE Connectivity Corporation. As a key member of our Logistics Demand Management Team, you'll be responsible for developing, integrating, and providing short-term forecasts for internal operations.

You'll work closely with our Supply Chain teams to facilitate, manage, and execute strategic directions related to plant performance, customer demand agreements, supply chain improvements, revenue forecasting, and overall improvement in delivery metrics globally.

As a Demand Specialist, you'll analyze internal demand stream information, categorize it according to demand patterns, and input sales/marketing intelligence for use in forecast systems. You'll work with sales organizations, national sales accounts, marketing, and related forecasting and planning groups to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.

1. Manage and maintain product history, forecasts, and promotional demand.
2. Analyze internal demand stream information and categorize it according to demand patterns.
3. Input sales/marketing intelligence for use in forecast systems.
4. Work with sales organizations, national sales accounts, marketing, and related forecasting and planning groups.
5. Partner with Customer Excellence for customer forecast review, Lines of Balance (aka. LoBs), and customer scorecard management.
6. Work with assigned Key Account Manager/Account Manager to achieve on-time delivery goals.
