Materials R&D Engineer

As a Materials R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting design teams in materials selection, failure analysis, and continuous improvement actions related to materials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the definition of the overall product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support design teams in materials selection and failure analysis
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement actions related to materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy
  • Effectively communicate technical information to a wide range of audiences
  • Manage chemicals for the site, including Material Safety Data Sheets, purchase approval, storage, and disposal
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in materials or chemical engineering
  • Ability to work independently within an Agile team structure
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to interact with international teams and cooperate in cross-functional teams
