HSE Risk Management Specialist

Get Carrières Rouen is seeking a qualified HSE Risk Management Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the oil and gas sector. This role is available for a temporary assignment.

It is essential to have an updated medical examination and N1 certification. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process, including a daily allowance of 10.10€ and travel expenses as per company policy.

The majority of the role will involve extensive travel, particularly in the designated regions, as well as local assignments.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

• Assess workplace hazards at all levels, develop and maintain comprehensive safety documentation, and implement necessary safety measures.
• Facilitate safety discussions with field teams: promote awareness among personnel regarding their health and safety at work, and engage them in collaborative working groups to foster ownership.
• Ensure ongoing legal compliance and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections to identify compliance issues, potential enhancements, and effectively manage risks.
• Oversee action plans and track their performance indicators.
• Coordinate logistics for personnel and material access to operational sites.
• Assist in drafting operational guidelines.
• Uphold client and company regulations.
• Maintain effective relationships with subcontractors and clients on-site.
• Ensure quality and safety oversight of assigned projects.
• Deliver training sessions, including safety briefings.
