About the Job
As a Maintenance and New Works Project Manager, you will be directly responsible to the Maintenance Manager, respecting the safety rules defined by the company.
You will coordinate the maintenance of existing installations and lead new projects for new works.
You will work in a team with another maintenance manager and integrate a team of colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance operations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and collect needs, then trigger and plan necessary maintenance actions, managing urgencies, priorities, and deadlines.
- Supervise internal and external maintenance and repair work, ensuring good execution of services.
New Projects
- Plan and schedule new projects (retroplanning).
- Conduct consultations.
- Follow up on construction sites, respecting planning and budgets.
- Manage, anticipate, and handle risks and uncertainties related to projects.
- Communicate project progress.
Requirements
You have a higher education in maintenance and at least one year of experience in a similar position in an industrial process environment: mechanics (motor/reducer, transport shaft,...), hydraulics, pneumatics, thermics/steam,...
You have skills in managing new works and project management.
Your communication skills, decision-making ability, proposal strength, and organization will be valuable assets in this role.
Offer
We offer a full-time CDI position, Technicien status, 35 hours a week.
