Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist AI to join our team. As a Data Scientist AI, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models to enhance our lending decision engine. You will work closely with our data engineers and machine learning engineers to ensure effective production deployment of models.

Responsibilities
  • Develop machine learning models to address various business challenges and enhance system efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with data engineers and machine learning engineers to ensure effective production deployment of models.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including local business units, risk, product, and support functions, to enhance products and processes through data-driven insights.
  • Experiment with new techniques and propose innovative solutions for operational challenges.
About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires both proactivity and autonomy to deliver and manage projects in production. You will work in a rigorous and fast-paced environment to support the growth and scalability of Younited's solution.

About You
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in data science, with solid expertise in machine learning.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries/tools.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of fintech challenges.
  • Analytical, curious, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to clearly communicate results and simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
