Position Overview:

Primary Objective: Ensure the systematic organization of the warehouse, storing items in accordance with established brand protocols and procedures, fulfilling departmental requests, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and adhering to self-regulation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive all incoming goods, adhering to food safety regulations and procedures, verifying deliveries against purchase orders, and conducting thorough checks on weight, pricing, expiration, and quality.
  • Facilitate the release of goods based on the requisition schedule.
  • Execute cancellations of system requisitions as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and receiving areas.
  • Proactively conduct regular inventory checks throughout the month.
  • Implement effective product expiration monitoring.
  • Adhere to the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management method.
  • Comply with all HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards upon receiving goods (validity, temperature, transportation, etc.).
  • Verify that received items align with purchase order specifications regarding quality, quantity, weight, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Participate in monthly inventory assessments.
  • Download XML files for invoice entries in the system, ensuring data accuracy (unit of measure, item, etc.).
  • Transport items to designated locations as required.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels, ensuring that the right products are available at the right time and place.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Minimum - High School Diploma

Preferred - Pursuing studies in Accounting or Business Administration

Required Skills:

  • Understanding and application of food safety best practices.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Additional Information:

Work schedule is Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
