Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Groupe SYD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop and implement contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective communication plans; manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards; identify and implement process improvements.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Develop and maintain project reports; monitor project progress and performance.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and risk management; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
