About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at TRANSPORT GARNIER|TRANSPORTS M.GARNIER. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our fleet of heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire replacements
  • Repair and maintain trailers, tautliners, and other specialized equipment
  • Prepare equipment for mining operations
  • Receive and inspect new equipment deliveries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in heavy equipment mechanics or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
