Job Title: Scheduling Agent

Job Summary

• As a Scheduling Agent, you will be responsible for inputting, modifying, and validating logistical flows on computer software as requested by clients.
• You will sequence order preparation based on delivery deadlines and other operational criteria.
• Prepare and track preparation files, and create incident reports if needed.
• Enter data in daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for activity tracking.
• Conduct verifications and checks following order preparation.
• Handle administrative processing of customer complaints and disputes in collaboration with operations.
• During absence, manage container accounts and answer calls and welcome visitors.
• Participate in inventories.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with clients and colleagues.

Required Profile

• At least 6 months of experience in logistics flows, proficiency in WMS software, basic computer skills (Word, Excel), and good customer/carrier relationship.
• BTS in Logistics or equivalent experience.

Certificates Required

• CACES 1A - R489.
• CACES 1B - R489.

Remuneration

€12.00 per hour.
