Global IT Project Lead

The Global IT Project Lead will be responsible for leading the delivery of System Integration projects for the Septodont global group. This role will participate as a stream lead on business programs like our ERP transformation and Life Science Suite implementation, guiding the scope, resourcing, dependencies, schedule planning, and project execution phase for these integrations.
This role is based in Septodont's global Information Technology department and reports to the IT Director, Data & Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system integration, ERP implementation, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project planning for new system integrations as part of ERP or Life Science Suite implementation programs
- Collaborate with internal system integration developers and external developer partner resources to scope and plan functional process design, integration development & testing schedules
- Facilitate with internal business partners to drive and document clear integration requirements definitions
- Act as a member and advocate of Septodont's IT iPaaS Hub team
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in an IT Business/Data or Technical Analyst, System Integration Analyst, or hands-on Project Manager/Coordinator role
- At least 3 years specific to ERP/CRM or related business systems implementations and a minimum of 2 years specific to Systems Integration project delivery
- Strong knowledge of system integration design patterns, frameworks, error-handling and resiliency techniques, as well as data management processes and data quality/enrichment techniques
