About the Job

We are looking for a UI Designer Design System with at least 4 years of experience. In addition to your skills and experience as a UI Designer, we are looking for someone who shares our Guiz culture: someone who values teamwork, agility, and exchange.

Key Responsibilities

As a UI Designer Design System, you will accompany our clients (large accounts and startups) in the design of user experiences and the creation of their digital interfaces. Your main missions will be:

  • Managing the Design System library: creating new components with their variations and accompanying teams in the integration of these elements into their product library
  • Accompanying product teams to better understand the challenges and objectives of the Design System (acculturation)
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure technical feasibility
  • Participating actively in the implementation of the Design System
  • Documenting Design System elements

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Significant experience as a UI Designer Design System
  • Excellent mastery of UI design methods on Figma
  • Good knowledge of the App environment (iOS and Android)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards
  • Understanding and use of Design Tokens
  • Ability to lead change: identifying areas for improvement in the organization and processes to gain performance
  • Courteous English language skills (not just franglish, please)
