Vos missions :

  • Animerez et gérez l'équipe du supermarché avec dynamisme et efficacité.
  • Assurez la satisfaction client en veillant à la qualité et à la disponibilité des produits, créant ainsi une expérience positive pour chaque visiteur.
  • Optimisez la gestion des stocks et des commandes, assurant un approvisionnement fluide et efficace.
  • Contribuerez à la rentabilité du point de vente en mettant en œuvre des stratégies commerciales performantes.
  • Mettez en avant le professionnalisme de l'équipe en encourageant une culture d'excellence et de collaboration.

Votre profil :

  • Vous possédez un Bac+3 ou équivalent dans le domaine du commerce, idéalement avec une spécialisation en distribution ou management.
  • Votre dynamisme, votre sens des responsabilités et votre organisation rigoureuse font de vous un atout précieux pour notre équipe.
  • Réactif et capable de prendre des décisions rapides, vous savez anticiper les besoins et agir efficacement.
  • Vous démontrez une capacité managériale naturelle en motivant et en guidant vos équipes vers l'excellence.
