Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Network Logistics Manager (f/m) to enhance our Logistics department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations for spare parts and MRO activities across the Asian Customer Centers. This role requires close collaboration with these centers to ensure optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality service in the distribution network for spare and repair activities. The Network Logistics Manager will address and resolve all logistics challenges in a highly operational capacity.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance daily operations, ensuring efficient parts distribution flow.
- Standardize processes across Customer Centers to ensure sustainability and adherence to best practices.
- Strengthen collaboration between central logistics services and local customer centers.
- Act as the primary logistics representative for all customer centers in relation to logistics matters.
- Coordinate improvement initiatives for the distribution network.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate regular communication and relationship-building with customer centers.
This role will involve occasional travel for business purposes.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
- Effective communication and assertiveness in addressing key issues.
- Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP and SIEBEL systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of contract management is a plus.
Language Proficiency:
- English: Advanced
- French: Advanced
- Spanish: Additional language skills are beneficial.
This position may require security clearance or eligibility for clearance by relevant authorities.
