Expert Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist

About the Role
Fleury Michon is seeking a highly skilled Expert Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist to join our HR Development and Support team
Your Daily Tasks
- Analyze and understand the context of our clients' demands (Managers) to find the perfect candidate;
- Write attractive job postings, using your writing skills to showcase your style;
- Share job openings with your network, using the most suitable channels;
- Sourcing candidates on social media and job boards, like a detective;
- Shortlist and select the most relevant CVs, carefully reviewing each one;
- Conduct creative and engaging direct approaches, personalizing your messages to turn profiles into potential candidates;
- Lead phone interviews, using your interpersonal skills to capture candidates' motivations and skills;
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and universities, participating in recruitment events and forums;
- Propose innovative ways to recruit, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices;
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing, with a proven track record of success;
- Expertise in recruitment tools and software, as well as digital marketing;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders;
- Creative writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging job postings and messages;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
