We are seeking a highly skilled Feed Technology Engineer to join our team at Phileo (Lesaffre). As a key player in the animal nutrition industry, we are committed to providing innovative solutions for animal health, welfare, and productivity.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in feed technology and animal nutrition. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing specific expertise and know-how on the use of Phileo's products in various customer applications, including feed technology, blending, and drinking water application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve product properties and customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical advice to customers on the optimal use of Phileo's products in their specific applications
  • Manage projects of product improvement and qualification of subcontractors
  • Follow-up on new product development and launching at the feed plants level
  • Integrate customer feedback to improve product properties
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Engineer Degree in Nutrition Animal or Feed & Food Technology (or equivalent)
  • First significant industrial experience in the food environment (5 to 7 years), preferably in feed application and/or in an industrial environment
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluency in English and another language
  • Customer-centric and solution provider with excellent communication skills
