About the Job

ADMR, a national network of associative services for individuals, is seeking a Home Care Assistant to join its team in Amboise. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing care and support to elderly and disabled individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and plan home care services to meet the needs of clients, taking into account their habits and preferences.
• Identify and use the necessary cleaning materials and products, and apply techniques for cleaning and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Work with clients to establish a routine for home care, including cleaning, laundry, and other tasks.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field, such as healthcare or social work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
