Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You'll manage company-wide merit and bonus cycles, ensuring competitive compensation programs align with our strategic objectives. This includes participating in compensation surveys to assess our competitiveness and salary structures.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst with a strong background in HR, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of eight years of compensation experience is required, along with strong project management and analytical skills.
