Overview

Ensure the production adheres to the quality assurance policies established by the management.


Role Responsibilities :

Inspection Duties : Operate within the workshop environment, utilizing control instructions to assess the conformity of components throughout the manufacturing process. Ultimately, at the final stage of production, provide a compliance certificate confirming the alignment of customer orders with internal manufacturing requests and service completion. Advisory Role : Take on an educational role by guiding operators; monitor the proper application of qualifications granted to operators within the scope of process control.


Work Conditions :

Engage in a 35-hour work week, with shifts structured as 2 x 7 or full days.


Required Skills :

Familiarity with surface treatments or painting processes. Strong personality with critical thinking abilities. Teaching aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills.


Recruitment Criteria :

Experienced candidates: open applications accepted. Entry-level candidates: minimum qualifications include BTS in industrial automation, DUT in physical measurements, or DU in materials, followed by collaborative training for a variable duration.
