Job Title: Product Excellence Champion
Job Summary:
As a Product Excellence Champion at Amadeus IT Group, you will be responsible for driving the product vision and strategy in alignment with our Universal Distribution vision. You will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to ensure the successful delivery of products that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop the Product Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and PM excellence.
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the overarching product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product portfolio, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision and ensuring a cohesive product offering.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize data and analytics to guide decision-making, optimize product performance, and continuously improve processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the team, always seeking ways to improve our products and processes.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Results-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a complex and evolving environment.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
