Join Our Team as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Machine Learning and Optimization

We are a fast-growing startup based in Paris, founded in 2018. Our Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers was created in 2018. As an innovator in Ad Management, we empower publishers through a data-driven approach to building, maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring high-performing ad stacks. Our platform is the only Ad Management solution that empowers publishers' monetization teams. Thanks to our powerful technology, they can confidently build highly-efficient ad setups – faster than ever before – to boost their ad revenue and make data-based decisions about their ad stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimization of the Monetization Engine: Utilize advanced machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques to enhance the performance and efficiency of the monetization engine, ensuring maximum revenue generation for publishers while maintaining an exceptional user experience.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform optimization strategies, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes within the team.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into the Ad Management platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and technical requirements.
  • Continuous Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, applying new techniques and tools to continuously improve the monetization engine and contribute to the company's innovative capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Studying for a PhD or just finishing a PhD
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Advanced Experience in Machine Learning
  • Advanced knowledge of Python or Scala
  • Advanced knowledge in Data Analysis
