Position Overview

As part of a team of three, reporting to the Group Treasury Director, this role is situated within a context of expanding the treasury function and transitioning to a new Treasury Management System (TMS), filling a position due to an overseas relocation.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Maintain the TMS solution: oversee reference data, manage user access, and configure settings.
  2. Manage banking communication contracts.
  3. Monitor specific financing contracts, including Dailly and factoring agreements.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for business unit stakeholders, particularly for international subsidiaries.
  5. Conduct monthly reporting: reconcile bank positions and intra-group financing with accountants and financial controllers.
  6. Facilitate quarterly closings: oversee cash pooling structures and calculate interest scales.
  7. Support and provide backup for an intern responsible for daily treasury operations.

Current Projects

  • Structuring the treasury function, characterized by high volume and expanding scope: developing and monitoring mappings (entities, banking relationships, accounts, cash flows).
  • Redesigning the weekly forecasting process in collaboration with accounting teams.
  • Implementing a cash pooling solution (ZBA), establishing interfaces between TMS and ERP systems.
  • Defining group policies, sharing best practices, and harmonizing processes for efficiency.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced treasurer with a strong command of operational treasury management, who is eager to evolve into project management and contribute to the structuring of the treasury function.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in information systems, with a focus on automation and reliability.

Excellent communication skills, a pedagogical approach, and a willingness to share knowledge and experiences are essential.

Fluency in English is required.
