Our Graduate Leadership Program is structured to integrate and cultivate future leaders for our sales outlets across the nation.
This initiative will equip you to progress into roles such as seasoned Workshop Manager or Chief of Technical Services, positions that entail significant leadership responsibilities.
As a participant in the Graduate Leadership Program, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
Commercial Responsibilities: Communicate and implement sales strategies and initiatives to unit leaders,Ensure effective management of service promotions by unit leaders,Maintain quality standards and guarantee compliance by unit leaders,Assist the Chief Technical Officer in expanding business relations with clients, rental agencies, and insurers. Management and Organization: Oversee workshop expenditures and tool utilization,Evaluate workshop performance metrics,Support inventory organization and management,Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in optimal condition,Supervise daily production and sales operations,Adjust resources in response to business demands,Monitor and collect outstanding payments from unit leaders. Internal Compliance: Assist in enforcing company policies and regulations,Ensure compliance with building safety and maintenance standards,Participate in internal audits and follow-up action plans. In the absence of the Chief Technical Officer: Establish and oversee occupational health and safety action plans,Maintain safety documentation and ensure regulatory compliance,Manage safety objectives for team members,Support management during employee meetings. Team Leadership:Encourage team engagement and quality objectives,Lead team meetings and ensure adherence to safety protocols,Set team objectives and conduct performance assessments,Identify training requirements and organize team schedules. Health, Safety, and Environment: Oversee safety meetings and compliance checks,Enforce safety regulations and environmental practices,Support health and safety initiatives. If any violations or ethical breaches are observed, report them to your supervisor. Our objective: to develop you as our future leaders.
Recommended Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Skills: familiarity with business software, sales methodologies, scheduling, safety regulations, leadership, customer relations.
Experience: automotive after-sales services.
Attributes: Core: confidentiality, loyalty, integrity, teamwork, problem-solving, professionalism, self-confidence, critical thinking, political awareness.Managerial: team leadership, decision-making, effective communication.Job-specific: organization, attention to detail, adaptability, customer service, persuasion skills.Must hold a valid driver's license.
