Job Summary

As the Global Digital Finance Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely closure of financial statements in SAP systems, working closely with the IT department. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating financial domains, operational streams, and IT projects, while also upgrading and improving finance processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure multi-dimensional integration among financial domains, operational streams, and IT projects.
  • Coordinate and monitor regional managers' activities, allocating resources as needed.
  • Identify potential enhancements to finance/business processes and propose them to the TF Continuous Improvement Head.
  • Provide guidance on integrating businesses and companies into the group's system/processes/organization.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing and prepare a yearly global work plan with budget proposals.
  • Review workload and staffing to adapt the work plan to changing priorities.
  • Ensure smooth communication to the financial community regarding new projects, tools, and functionalities.
  • Maintain a good community consistency and expertise by actively communicating with team members.
  • Promote the Finance Target Operating Model and develop global e-training programs.
  • Maintain and develop finance processes to fit Arkema's organization and ensure access control to the system.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the Finance CORE Model during projects and day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure smooth evolutions of the group's perimeter, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and product tree evolution.
  • Anticipate new regulations impacting finance processes and initiate necessary actions in coordination with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum business school degree and more than 10 years of finance background.
  • Strong knowledge in finance with a special interest in IT systems (SAP and others).
  • Capacities: analytical insight, leadership, innovation, sense of priority, and ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-task project environment.
