We are seeking a Billing Coordinator for a permanent role within our organization.

As an essential member of our team, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the management. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the billing processes with precision and efficiency.

In this fast-paced and challenging environment, your position will require a daily commitment to managing both client and internal relationships in accordance with established protocols.

Your responsibilities will encompass the following areas:

• Invoicing: Maintaining contracts within our billing software, establishing client accounts and site identifiers, processing monthly contractual invoices and special projects, managing revenue forecasts, and updating invoicing reports.
• Collections: Addressing payment disputes in collaboration with management and operational teams.
• Client Relations: Managing client correspondence and inquiries.

A qualification equivalent to BAC + 2 is preferred, ideally in Business Support. A minimum of two years of experience in a comparable position and familiarity with billing processes is required.

Proficiency in Excel and other software tools (such as ERP and accounting systems) is essential.

As a proactive team contributor, you should possess outstanding interpersonal skills and strong organizational capabilities. Attributes such as responsiveness, initiative, attention to detail, and foresight are crucial for success in this role.
