Your Role
As a Senior Associate/Consultant within BCG's Energy Practice Area, you will be an integral member of our team, collaborating with some of the industry's foremost experts to shape the future of the Oil & Gas sector and drive the Energy Transition and Decarbonization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating strategies to achieve carbon neutrality for the upstream sector of an international Oil and Gas firm.
- Leading performance improvement initiatives for a service contractor in South America.
- Redesigning organizational structures for an exploration and production subsidiary of a global Oil and Gas company.
- Conducting market analyses on low carbon energies to support an Oil and Gas company in its Energy Transition strategy.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, either with an Upstream Operator (IOC, NOC, PE owned) or a Service Company.
- A strong passion for the Oil & Gas industry and its decarbonization.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, high ethical standards, and experience in international environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, along with strong presence and leadership capabilities.
