About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transactional Lawyer to join our team. As a Transactional Lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting our investment teams in various fields, including private asset funds, debt funds, and infrastructure investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend investment committee meetings and provide legal advice and recommendations;
- Provide legal support to investment teams to ensure that all documentation is negotiated, structured, and documented appropriately;
- Accompany and support the negotiation of transaction documents, instruct and manage external advice, including local advice;
- Manage the transaction process, advise investment teams, and perform research or other tasks as requested;
- Assist with improvements to legal processes and documentation, as well as supporting all investment teams on new product ideas and new sectors.
Requirements
- Higher education in law;
- At least 7 years of experience in similar positions in a law firm or management company;
- Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, and transactional advice;
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues;
- Master's level of English language proficiency.
