Lead Product Marketing Manager for AI and Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Ansys. This role will be responsible for defining, driving, and developing product marketing plans and sales enablement content for the design optimization product Ansys optiSLang, and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver value-based messaging for the Optimization and AI-based product lines to prospective customers, existing customers, and partners.
- Create and develop marketing plans and lead generation campaign kits targeting the global systems engineering audience in alignment with business growth objectives and key initiatives.
- Manage complex projects and execute on global, multi-product marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for product marketing execution of new feature and product launches as part of twice annual release cycle.
- Compose engaging audience-specific thought-leadership marketing content, including case studies, application briefs, web content, presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, and sales playbooks.
- Drive execution of product promotion through virtual events, social media, third party websites, blogs, and other digital mediums to build awareness and engagement with targeted engineering personas.
- Ensure all product-related leads are tracked and marketing campaigns are accurately reported to measure success against business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering simulation and/or artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, as well as excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
