About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Site Manager to join our team at Daher. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our logistics site, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer interface on a daily basis, ensuring that customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Optimize the activity by analyzing malfunctions and proposing/implementing corrective actions in agreement with the flow manager, QHSE support services, and/or customers.
- Anticipate demand and recommend innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to setting and monitoring the budget for your scope of responsibility.
- Implement the resources required to achieve the targets and performance level set.
- Negotiate contracts with targeted local customers and/or suppliers.
- Supervise and coordinate project delivery.
- Lead, manage, and unite your teams.
- Carry out human resources management tasks, including hiring, training, annual appraisals, and development of high-potential individuals.
- Manage close working relationships with social partners.
- Ensure effective internal, external, vertical, and horizontal communication.
- Provide change management.
- Implement performance indicators required for activity monitoring and report results.
- Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security, and legal rules within your area of responsibility.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization.
