Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in the Accompaniment Social for an Adapted Housing (ASLA) program. This is a 6-month full-time position (H/F) in our Accompaniment and Mediation Department.
About the Program:
ASLA aims to promote the social integration of vulnerable populations by providing access to and maintaining adapted housing. Our program focuses on empowering individuals to take ownership of their living situation and integrate into their community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social accompaniment to individuals and families in need, focusing on access to and maintenance of housing.
- Develop and implement personalized accompaniment plans to address specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with local authorities, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to support.
- Conduct home visits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for success.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as housing management, budgeting, and life skills.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Social Work or related field.
- Experience in social work or a related field is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
