Department Overview
The Special Tasks Operations team specializes in the repair of blades and major components at height.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Supervisor in managing field operations maintenance activities.
- Oversee and coordinate blade repair operations.
- Guide technicians in their daily tasks to ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Perform advanced maintenance on wind turbine blades.
- Record turbine-related issues and input data into company systems, including SF and SAP.
Required Qualifications
- Technical diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering; BZEE certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with composite materials is essential.
- Proficient in technical English.
- Competent in using MS Office applications.

- Exhibit leadership qualities and serve as a role model for peers.
- Possess significant experience or education in composite work, with an emphasis on troubleshooting and problem resolution.
