Hypervisor Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Hypervision team as a Hypervisor Supervisor. As a key member of our Client Relations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our client-facing teams and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to optimize the balance between workload and resources, ensuring that our teams are equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
• Provide real-time supervision and guidance to our client-facing teams, ensuring that they are meeting their performance targets.
• Contribute to the development of reporting and performance metrics, ensuring that we are able to measure and improve our service delivery.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Be enrolled in a BTS Support Action Managériale (SAM) program, with a strong focus on management and leadership skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
