As a member of the Continuous Improvement team, you will engage in the following responsibilities:
- Assess the operational requirements of machinery utilized in product production
- Clarify the relationships between production and packaging workflows
- Develop strategies to enhance internal variability factors using the DMAIC framework
- Assist in the implementation of IL6S stage 2
- Educate the Continuous Improvement team on Power BI to enhance process performance oversight
The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Engineering or Agri-Food, demonstrate proficiency in English, have a foundational understanding of the Agri-Food sector, be familiar with Continuous Improvement methodologies, exhibit strong analytical capabilities, and show a commitment to technical enhancement.
