We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Credit Advisor. If you have a strong interest in real estate and finance, this could be the opportunity for you.

In the context of our expansion, the Thionville branch is looking for a Financial Credit Advisor - Mandatary Status.

As a member of our team, your main responsibilities will be:

• To develop and maintain a network of business partners, including real estate agents, constructors, and notaries;
• To handle client inquiries and requests for mortgage financing solutions, and to identify new business opportunities;
• To advise and support clients throughout the mortgage application process, from initial consultation to project completion;
• To negotiate the best possible terms with our banking partners;
• To manage the commercial follow-up of your client portfolio until the notary's signature.

You have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients. If you are a perfectionist who strives to meet the expectations of all types of clients, regardless of their project, this could be the role for you.

Your natural curiosity about economics and real estate will be a valuable asset in advising our clients who wish to invest in real estate.
