Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Finance Senior Project Manager to join our Beauty Tech organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex technical designs and implementing EPM platforms to support our business goals. You will work closely with our business and operations teams to leverage technology solutions and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex technical designs and implement EPM platforms to support business goals
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to leverage technology solutions and drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments in EPM technologies and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
- Assist in the selection of proposed solutions for new projects and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Minimum 5 years' experience in EPM technologies
- Previous knowledge of the Controlling domain and an interest in acquiring more knowledge in this area
- Understanding of main EPM technologies (IBM Planning Analytics, Anaplan, OneStream, Tagetik, etc.)
- Ability to lead and prioritize demands
- Strong teamwork skills and robust communication skills
- Capacity to assume responsibility for your work and complete timely escalations
- A dynamic and motivated team environment
