Visian is seeking a Program Management Specialist to enhance the capabilities of one of its major clients in the energy sector.
The IT department of our client is spearheading numerous requests for enhancements and projects. Therefore, they are in search of a Program Management Specialist to assist in overseeing all their IT, Data, and Process requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Budget planning, management of external vendor contracts, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to management, ensuring accuracy of project expenditures (committed, consumed, forecasted), and facilitating budget review meetings.
- Project Portfolio Scheduling: Management of the overall project portfolio timeline.
- Roadmap Development: Crafting the strategic roadmap.
- Alignment of Objectives: Ensuring the coherence of quarterly OKRs with the overall roadmap.
- Project Support: Assisting project managers with tracking timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Performance Metrics: Establishing and monitoring performance indicators and team satisfaction.
- Risk Analysis: Evaluating risks and implementing appropriate responses.
- Template Standardization: Maintaining and standardizing all templates used across the program (action tracking, risk monitoring, project status updates, etc.).
- Project Governance: Managing project governance meetings (COPIL, COPROJ): facilitating, producing presentation materials, documenting and archiving meeting minutes.
- Strategic Committee Support: Creating presentation materials for quarterly strategic committees – Audience: IT Department Head, Program Sponsors.
- Change Management: Adapting processes, service offerings, and technical solutions, along with training initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree (Engineering School, University, Business School).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (excluding internships and apprenticeships).
- Interest in IT.
- Proficient in English (international context).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good knowledge of Clarity, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to engage with senior management, persuasive communication skills, and a high level of assertiveness.
- Capability to produce high-level governance materials and decision-making documents.
