Furthermore, engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices across various sites in the EU will be essential aspects of this position.
Key Duties
- Conduct proactive and preventive maintenance on site machinery
- Manage reactive repairs and troubleshoot equipment failures in a functional distribution center
- Employ the best tools to optimize equipment performance
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines
- Assist in the training and development of apprentices on site
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and share best practices across EU locations

Basic Qualifications
- Technical or professional degree in engineering or equivalent certification
- Previous experience as a qualified engineer
- Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
- Proficiency in the local language, both spoken and written
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with condition-based machine monitoring
- Knowledge of printing and application machinery
- Experience in fault diagnosis and maintenance of conveyor or automation systems
