Transform Tax Compliance with Sovos
Sovos is a global leader in tax compliance, and we're seeking a Regulatory Liaison Counsel to support our ISV ecosystem and revenue stream. As a key member of our Regulatory Analysis and Design Department, you'll engage with our partner ecosystem and support their needs in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Work You'll Do:
- Bridge the gap between Sovos' regulatory expertise and our strategic ISV partners, ensuring seamless integration of compliance aspects of Sovos solutions.
- Partner closely with Sovos functions to manage relationships with ISV partners and ensure satisfaction of their compliance needs.
- Maintain accountability for a 'regulatory helpdesk SLA' that allows Sovos partners to act with confidence.
- Ensure a deep understanding of Sovos Regulatory Affairs and broader interaction with public authorities.
- Work with Sovos Alliances, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and other functions to develop a robust understanding of our partner ecosystem and compliance needs.
- Represent the requirements of Sovos ISV and embedded partners in regulatory monitoring, design, and affairs.
- Act as an integral part of the Regulatory Analysis and Design Department, internalizing contextual and factual knowledge.
- Support the VP of Regulatory Analysis and Design in optimizing resources and time planning.
- Explain complex tax rules in clear language for tax and non-tax professionals.
- Support Partner Marketing by providing tax-centric marketing material and participating in webinars.
- Participate as a Sovos regulatory thought leader and subject matter expert in Partner events, advisory boards, and publications.
