About the Role
The Department of Haute-Vienne is seeking a skilled Psychologist of Work to join its team. As a key member of the Sous-direction santé et prévention, you will play a crucial role in promoting a healthy and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to prevent psycho-social risks (RPS) in the workplace.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to identify and address potential risks and hazards.
- Conduct individual and group sessions to promote employee well-being and address work-related issues.
- Provide training and support to employees on stress management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to workplace health and safety.
- Collaborate with management and employees to identify and address work-related issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote workplace health and safety.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role or in a related field.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
