Job SummaryAs a Production Team Member at SOCOPA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeat Processing and Preparation: Assist in the preparation and transformation of meat products, including cutting, trimming, and packaging, while adhering to strict quality and safety protocols.
Order Fulfillment and Packaging: Ensure accurate and efficient packaging and labeling of products, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Adherence to Safety and Hygiene Protocols: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to achieve production goals, maintain a positive and productive team environment, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Strong work ethic and motivation
