Position: Employment Integration Specialist at CMPR Bretegnier

The Employment Integration Specialist will be stationed at the CMPR Bretegnier, a facility focused on physical medicine and rehabilitation for patients dealing with various neurological and musculoskeletal disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating individuals' reintegration into the workforce
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored action plans
• Assisting clients with job searches and securing professional placements
• Evaluating work situations and suggesting necessary modifications
• Engaging in funding applications and staying informed about developments in the field

Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on professional integration, ergonomics, or work psychology

Proven experience in multidisciplinary collaboration and networking

Strong report writing skills

This role is based in Héricourt with occasional travel required within Franche-Comté.

Contract Type: Full-time permanent position
