We are recruiting for our client, a law firm based in Cesson Sévigné, a Legal Secretary (M/F) in a permanent position.
Job Description
You will join a law firm that provides both advisory and contentious services.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Client Reception and Communication
- Preparation of Files for Procedures
- Legal Research
- Document Management and Archiving
- Management of RPVA
Required Profile
You hold a degree in law at the level of Bac+2 and have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
You are organized, reliable, and discreet. You are proficient in Microsoft Office software.
You are comfortable with written and verbal communication.
Job Offer
This permanent position is based in Rennes.
The job includes:
- 35 hours/week
- Mutuelle
